• Victory! Rules Set - Printed, soft cover, loose-leaf. Mailed via priority mail. Includes Victory! rules, orders supplement and a sectional game map.

    Victory! is currently accepting game registrations for a regular (14-day turn cycle) game. If you are interested in getting into this game, please contact Russ at Russ@rollingthunder.com

• Victory! Turn Fees
  • $ 6.75 per 30 order turnsheet

    Victory! positions are limited to submitting no more than two turn sheets (60 orders) per turn cycle for the first 24 turn cycles. On turn cycle 25-48, players may submit up to three turn sheets (90 orders) per turn cycle. On turn cycle 49+, players may submit up to four turn sheets (120 orders) per turn cycle. A complete game will run for 73 turn cycles unless one nation (or one total alliance) has achieved victory before that time.

• Victory! Printing Surcharges (for regular mail customers only)
  • $ 0.15 per page of printout

    Players playing via normal mail are assessed a "printing surcharge" fee of $ 0.15 per page of printout (i.e. the longer your printout, the higher the fee). The printing surcharge covers the basic printing and mailing costs associated with such printouts and we feel that it is the fairest way to handle things (players with smaller printouts pay less, etc.). Turn results received via e-mail are not assessed printing surcharges.

• Victory! Turn Result Reprints
  • $ 3.00 plus 0.15 per page of printout for mailed reprints.

    Players may request a reprint (a second copy) of their turn results at any time. Regular mail customers are assessed the normal printing surcharge for their reprints.

• Victory! Special Mail Requests
  • Variable - Players specifically requesting a special mail service such as U.S. Priority Mail, U.S. Express Mail and/or International Express Mail pay the costs associated with the mail service option requested.
  • Variable - International players (excluding Canadian players) are assessed a mail surcharge equal to the difference between mailing a first-class item of a given weight to their address as opposed to mailing the same item to a U.S. address.
